Childhood Memories

I am crazy for mazes.

Drawing Mazes

Drawing mazes with my Number 2 pencil was one way I made it through my boring childhood church and school classes (I had some classes I liked, some I did not). I heart doodling and drawing mazes was often my doodle method of choice to fill said time periods. I would often draw in strategically placed “booby traps” which would automatically kill you if you ran into one of them (as you wandered unsuspectingly through my labyrinth).

Sometimes I made my mazes easy to finish; sometimes I made my mazes hard to finish; and sometimes I would kill you with a booby trap before you even knew if my maze was hard or easy.

The key to drawing a good maze: Use white Graph Paper and follow the baby blue lines with a sharpened yellow Number 2 pencil tip. Start, finish, etc.
